My kids don’t like this much, but I LOVE it, so I’m sharing a Mommy recipe today! I make this for lunch all the time, it’s quick and easy and semi-healthy as long as you don’t add too much of the cheese ;o) My recipe is kind of “loose” as I tend to just throw it together.
- Handful of Cherry Tomatoes, sliced in half
- 2-3 oz. mozzarella-prosciutto cheese roll, sliced
- Fresh Basil, shredded
- 2 T Balsamic Vinaigrette
Directions: Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
