K4 Curriculum: Write The Letter

A nice reader had this fun idea for my K4 curriculum additions! It’s called “Write The Letter”. It is similar to the Beginning Sounds Worksheets I posted, but this time your student has to write the letter that each picture starts with.

Click here to download the Write The Letter worksheets.

You can have your student write the uppercase letters or lowercase letters depending on what your child needs to work on most. I alternated the pictures so the letter’s weren’t in ABC order just to make it a little more difficult.

These activities are part of my K4 level expansion to my Letter of the Week Curriculum, click on the images below to see more activities. The K4 curriculum isn’t quite finished yet, so until I get it packaged all nice and purdy you can download from my posts!

Thank you, this is exactly where we are at — needing to practice the letters versus tracing. My daughter is loving the worksheet type materials — I guess she likes worksheets! Thanks for all you share with all of us!

Just want to say you are such an inspiration to me. My son is in 4k and goes to a private school right now and we love it, but I wanted to do something that kept him learning throughout the summer. I came across your blog and a number of others for GREAT ideas. Ive been so inspired and have started lapbooking with my son. We are in our 1st week right now. Thank you for all your great information, worksheets, etc. I especially love the 10 days of homeschool enrichment information. I've started a blog too, and can't wait to share it with many of my friends that are interested in keeping their kiddos learning this summer. Thanks again. – Ginahttp://lapbooklearning.blogspot.com/

I can't tell you enough how much I appreciate your hard work, enthusiasm and inspiration! My 3 year old started pre-school this week (ahem) with your materials and enjoyed it very much. He had fun and I had fun too! Your printables are so colorful and engaging. I made the letter discs, the pompom magnets and even went out and bought the Hot Dots Make-it-yourself kit. Do you plan to make anymore Hot Dot sheets? I love the ideas!God bless you and your family always!Gina GyetvaiValley Center, San Diego North County

I am currently doing the Letter of the Week curriculum with my 3 year old this year that I purchased at the beginning of the year. I want to do it again with the K4 stuff next year, will there be a way I can download all of it at once, or do I need to just download it based on each letter of the week that you have done? Thank you for all of your hard work. FYI, I'd be willing to pay for all of the K-4 additions to be all together!! Thanks!

Evan and Jamie: Yes, I'll be packing them all in one nice bundle once I'm finished!
