One of my favorite meals is their Turkey-Bacon Tortilla Roll-Ups! And here’s the recipe courtesy of eMeals just to get you going for back-to-school!

  • Pre Time: 10 mins
  • Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices bacon
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 (8-oz) package store-bought guacamole
  • 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas (Or we like the green spinach ones for color!)
  • 1/4 lb thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (or any shredded cheese)
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce (optional)

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain.
  2. Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and guacamole over each tortilla.
  3. Layer turkey, bacon and cheese on each tortilla.
  4. Add lettuce, if desired. Roll up tortillas,
  5. and cut in half. Makes 4 servings.

  1. This is so great and seriously, what timing! I JUST ha a conversation with my hubby about how I wanted to try eMeals…mainly because I am struggling a bit with burnout in that area. Does it seem to be budget-friendly? Thank you for the coupon. I am definitely going to give them a try!
