I used the Celebrate colorway by Colorful Eclectic Yarn. This is a fingering yarn so I held it double and added in this creamy mohair to get the bulky weight. It’s so soft and squishy and the mohair gives it a lovely halo!

This pattern features the double moss stitch which is super easy. The pattern includes both written and charted instructions to help make it even easier for you!

This hat also features a super long brim for extra softness and warmth!

Of course you could make it any length you prefer as well!

I’m definitely addicted to these faux fur poms! They’re the snap style, so you just sew the snap on to your knit hat, then you can change out the pom colors or take them off to wash your hat!

It has darker tips on the soft natural color which make it extra special! I got this pom from Colorful Yarns Knit Shop which is my local yarn shop. They have a huge selection of fun poms, and I’m pretty sure they’ll ship too!

Isn’t my model sweet? She braved the freezing temperatures for these pictures and I think her little smile is just the best!
