Felt Lunchtime Pattern by Little Crickets, we did purchase this pattern for $6, and it was so worth it, these are the cutest little lunch sets I’ve ever seen! Check out Little Cricket’s Etsy shop for more felt creations, they are so cute!

According to my mom , it took awhile to make these, but then she’s such a dear, she made 4 sets since there are 4 kiddos! (I know, one is missing from the pic, she kept it to show a friend.)

Here’s a close up of one of the sets:

The pattern comes with bread, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes (oh the dreaded tomatoes! From what I hear these took the longest, but just take a look at them, they’re adorable!), chocolate chip cookies, pickles, an orange, and a sweet little bag to put it all in!

And look at that cute little orange, we joked that it looked like a pumpkin, and when my 3 year old was ‘fixing me lunch’ the other day, I asked for an orange, and she said “Oh, it looks like I’m out of oranges, but you can have this punkin!” Needless to say I had a little chuckle.

Here are some more fun felt tutorials to aid in your newly found obsession:

  1. I love them! I do sort of the same thing accept I crochet toy foods.. my daughter has fruits and vegies, little cakes, a burger with fries, cups of cocoa with chocolate chip cookies etc. She loves them! Hand made toys are always the best!

  2. Just wanted you to know how much I love your site! I homeschool my 15 year old and I have a 2 year old that I may start some prek stuff with when she's around 3. I will probably use your stuff! It's so great. I put your button on my blog (www.theview-from-here.blogspot.com). Keep up the fantasic blog! Thanks for your hard work!

  3. How hard are these things to make. I have sewn very little in my life. But these things looks so cool, I want to start making them. I would have to buy a sewing machine. So are these going to be impossible for a novice? Am I going to need a big expensive sewing machine, or will a crafting one work?
