Today’s quote comes from my 3 1/2 year old daughter while sitting in time out:
Me: You can get out of your time out when you’re done being angry
Her: Well, my anger’s just getting bigger and bigger

Me: You know the Bible says ‘A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control.’ (Proverbs 29:10-12) Do you want to be foolish or wise?
Her: Well apparently I’m a fool because I’m still sitting here!
Me: Touche’
Her: Huh?

I laughed out loud on that one. I can see my daughter saying that in another year or so. LOL.Today, she is sick. She made an absolute mess of her blankie. I had to take it away to wash it and she was upset. I tried to explain that "Pretty" needs a bath because she threw up on it. She looked at me with all the seriousness of a 2 year old and said, "I don't mind." I did a double take and then laughed.
