Hi everyone! We’ve had a ton of requests to share our school lunch ideas for kids with you all and so I’ve been filming lunches all week to share! We all take turns preparing lunches here so that everyone not only gets a chance to pick their favorites, but so they can also learn how to make healthy lunches! It’s a life skill right?

My only instructions are typically to make it healthy, and make it colorful! Ready to see what we’ve created this week?

  1. We like to make up big batches of meatballs, bake them in the oven then freeze in meal sized portions. Makes them easy to pull out and heat up for lunch with marinara dipping sauce string cheese and salad. Sometimes when we’re feeling ambitious we make homemade bread to go along.
