I found this fun recipe on Just a moment in time and it fit in so well with our Letter S for snowman post I had to share it!

  • 3/4 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c. oatmeal
  • 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • powdered sugar

  • In large bowl, mix all ingredients until well blended. Form into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. (Makes about 14 balls using a medium scoop)

Yes, these are VERY yummy! We made them for my Totally Tots post that was posted yesterday for the book, The First Day of Winter!

Looks delicious!! Ok, I'm cracking up over the gallon jug of honey!! We've never even finished one of those little bottles. LOL! Could your little one in pigtails be any cuter in these pictures. I love that she's hanging back letting the big ones do the heavy lifting – licking the spoon. ADORABLE, she is!

Susan: The HUGE jar of honey, funny huh! And not to mention it was OUT! We were actually short some honey! We got it because we make bread though, and I thought the same thing when we first bought it, but now it’s all gone!

I love quick and easy snacks. What toddler wants to wait for something to bake? We'll definitely be making these soon–thanks for posting!
