The Snowy Day Lapbook

I can’t do a lapbook for the others without including one for our eager little preschooler! I chose The Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats since we have it and it fits in nicely with our Letter S for snowman theme!

This lapbook was downloaded from Homeschool Share

I particularly like the story board cards that she put up in order as we read the story.

I’ve found that for my 3 year old its better to put the main lapbook together for her, then let her do any coloring/pasting involved.

Oohhh, we LOVE Snowy Day! We used it for about 2 weeks at the beginning of Jan. I have been meaning to post about it, but haven't gotten around to it yet! :-0

Getting ready to do this with my two preschoolers. Looks great! Just confused about why my poem looks different. It’s just one sheet rather than the folded version you have. It looks like you have the same version that I see on the “Show and Tell” link, which folds smaller and stores the word cards inside. Do you have a link to this version? Thanks! Christine
