Hello all of you awesome teacher mamas out there!

I’ve been on a roll with the pattern block printables lately and after a long wait I finally have my alphabet pattern block printables for you in black and white! A big “Thank you” for your patience and to everyone who requested this!

The black and white version of these cards are great for adding a little more challenge to your student’s day as well as saving on color printer ink.

These sheets are meant to be used with any Wooden Pattern Blocks. (That is a link to find them on Amazon, but they should all be similar in size to other pattern blocks so you can use any brand you prefer.)

TO USE:

I normally print these pages on cardstock then laminate them just so they last longer, but you certainly don’t have to do that. Here’s a close up of one of the pages. Your student will simply match the pattern block cards onto each sheet to re-create the letter.

MORE PATTERN BLOCK PRINTABLES:

If you missed the colored alphabet pattern cards , I did add them to my Letter of the Week curriculum back when I released them. But if you purchased it prior, you can just download them here free! This is one of the Teeny Tot’s new favorite activities, and she’s usually very pleased when she can complete the puzzles on her own!

And if you missed my other pattern block printables earlier last year, I have some fun pattern block activity cards as well! My kids love doing patterns and the picture cards using the pattern blocks, they’re great for hands on coordination skills as well as pre-math skills too!

  1. If you don’t have card stock available, I print mine and then keep them in page protectors. The kids just place their blocks on the page protector with the printed page inside. Mine have lasted for years in an elementary classroom and now at home. :)Thanks for the printables! <3

  2. Thank you so much for sharing these! I was just getting ready to print the color version now I’m going to try and print the b/w version on the back before I laminate them. That way only one page but two levels of difficulty. 🙂

  3. OMGOSH you have no idea how wonderful it is to finally find these! my classroom (pre-k) has the shapes but nothing to use them for so they sit in my closet! I tried to make my own pictures but alas.. It is so cool to find the alphabet! Thank you so much!
