Sticky Mosaics. I have to say that I doubted my 3 year old could handle this assignment, too short of an attention span, but really she did quite well. Below is a close up of the sheet my son is working on, you can see the numbers in little squares, its a good activity that enforces number recognition, number/color association and one to one correspondence! Not to mention patience and perseverance!
