Hi friends, I can’t believe it’s already time for my May 2018 Monthly Meal Plan! My monthly meal plans include breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas for every day in the month!

Spring in Colorado means crazy weather patterns. Snow one day, 75 and sunny the next! But that’s okay, spring means we only have one month of school left and then we’re on SUMMER BREAK! WHOOHOO!! It can’t come fast enough for this busy mama, I have so many side projects going that I definitely don’t have time to think about meals. So having a food plan is definitely helpful, I hope it helps you too!

–>> For more fun recipes, visit my Recipes Page! If you haven’t already used this before, you can click on any of the underlined menu items to get to the recipe. I like to shop once a week, so I just make a list off of my menu plan and head to the store. I find that I spend less when I shop off of a list, then flying by the seat of my pants. I also end up with ingredients that will actually go together instead of a bunch of random items that don’t amount to anything.

Also, feel free to modify these menus to fit your needs, if you know you’ll have leftovers, than maybe skip one or two of the meals. It’ll save you time and money!

  1. Thank you! your meal plan is a great idea. It really helps this busy time of the year. We are starting to do more outdoor activities and can easily get caught up in the moment and eat quick and simple instead of taking the time to prepare. This helps tremendously.

  2. I want to say thank you for all of the good meal ideas. We are still kind of new to homeschooling and it seems we still lack a little in getting organized, (maybe we lack a whole lot). Your page has helped so much.
Thank you for taking the time to help the strugglers.
