Orb Factory VeggieTales Sticky Mosaics

Hi everyone! As you know, we love VeggiTales® around here, and we also love sticky mosaics. Well, I was tickled pink when the Orb Factory VeggiTales® products came out!

When OrbFactory partnered with VeggiTales®, they came up with four different fun products to choose from! My First Sticky Mosaics, SparkleUps, Sticky Mosaics Friendship Box, and Sticky Mosaics Singles Larry Boy.

Each kit comes with a simple numbered legend along with the mosaic foam stickers and sparkling jewel pieces. They’re great for one-to-one correspondence practice, color identification, fine-motor skill practice, and just good ole’ fun!

What’s the cost? The products range from $4.99-$14.99

As soon as the box arrived the little people were begging me to let them do the activity, thankfully the kit came with 6 pieces so everyone could have one. I let them choose, if there was a duplicate request they picked a number between 1-10 to see who got first choice. Just to be fair, the loser got to pick an extra one to do!

We’ve done several of these kits and my kids are always excited to do them. Since they are working with their favorite VeggiTales® characters here, they were even more thrilled! And don’t even get them started on the jewels that came with this kit…ohh…they loved those!

We reviewed the My Sticky Mosaic Fun Friends kit. It came with 6 VeggiTales® characters, 6 stands, and 400+ colorful sticky foam and sparkling jewel pieces.

Our Thoughts?
I’ve always liked the sticky mosaics, we’ve done them before and the kids love them as well. They’re great for fine-motor skills, matching skills, and the harder sticky mosaics come with color keys so kids are matching the color pieces to number squares on the board which is great for one-to-one correspondence.

I was very pleased with the Teeny Tot’s abilities to match color and shapes while doing this activity. Each figure has unique shapes and colors on it indicating when to place a jewel, or different piece. She did a great job figuring out what to put where to complete her piece.

So along with all the educational perks, these kits are really just plain ole’ fun! And…these cute VeggiTales® Sticky Mosaics come with little stands so the kids can play with their characters after they’re done jazzing them all up!
