Get the Bloom Quilt here!

Hey there, fellow quilters and fabric aficionados! Today, I am beyond excited to share with you my latest passion project: the Bloom quilt pattern. Inspired by the breathtaking Bloom fabric line that I’ve poured my heart and soul into, this quilt is all about embracing the beauty of nature and vibrant colors in every stitch.

Bloom is fairly beginner-friendly, but there are a lot of pieces, so I would categorize it as an advanced-beginner. That said, there isn’t anything tricky, so if you love this layout, then I say go for it!

First things first, let’s talk about the fabric itself. The Bloom fabric line is like a garden in full bloom, bursting with tiny florals, vibrant hues, and classic geometric prints that just make your heart skip a beat. From delicate petals to bold patterns, every inch of this fabric is a testament to the wonders of nature and the joy of creativity.

I used a large-scale floral blue for my backing and added a label from my stash. I also did a free-hand flower quilting design. It was a ton of fun and I learned a lot in the process! I used a green gingham binding which I love and a sweet low-volume fabric for the border.

Now, onto the star of the show: the Bloom quilt pattern. Picture this: cozying up under a quilt that’s like wrapping yourself in a field of flowers on a sunny day. That’s the kind of magic this pattern brings to life. With its intricate design and playful combination of fabrics, it’s the perfect way to add a pop of color and a touch of whimsy to any room.

One of the things I love most about this pattern is its versatility. Whether you’re a seasoned quilter looking for a new challenge or a beginner eager to dive into the world of quilting, Bloom has something for everyone. Plus, with its whimsical design, you can easily customize it to suit your own style and taste.

But enough chit-chat, let’s talk details. The Bloom quilt pattern features a mix of small and large flower blocks that come together to create a stunning visual masterpiece. I added a thin border around the outside to frame the quilt and give it a finished look! And thanks to the detailed instructions and step-by-step diagrams, you’ll have no trouble bringing your own Bloom quilt to life.

So, what are you waiting for? Grab your favorite fabrics from the Bloom line (trust me, it’s hard to pick just one!) and get ready to embark on a quilting adventure like no other. Whether you’re stitching up a storm for yourself or gifting it to a friend, one thing’s for sure: your Bloom quilt is bound to be the envy of everyone who lays eyes on it. Happy quilting!
