School is out for summer! Whoohoo! I don’t know about you guys, but I am so excited I could pee! But I won’t. Because that would be gross. And also not fitting for a monthly meal plan post. But I really am so excited to be done with school this year. I can’t wait for long summer days, sippin’ sweet tea on the front porch, and hanging out at the pool. Oooh, and grilling up some yummy summer food too!
Since my plan is to relax and have fun, I don’t want to be slaving in the kitchen all summer. But I do like to make fresh salads, fruit salsas, and grill up a storm! So if that sounds good to you…here’s my way of keeping it simple for the summer!
Oh, and don’t worry I’ll be back next week with all new Tip Tuesdays for you all! Yay!

I like to shop once a week, so I just make a list off of my menu plan and head to the store. I find that I spend less when I shop off of a list, then flying by the seat of my pants. I also end up with ingredients that will actually go together instead of a bunch of random items that don’t amount to anything.
